Redistricting can be confusing for even the most experienced person. It is easy to get lost in the array of map making software, layers of demographic and political data, and milieu of state and federal laws.
Map Analysis
You have drawn a perfect map for your caucus. Congratulations. Now, is it really perfect? Have you compared it to all the data out there? Will it hold up in court? Will it still be perfect in 2016, 2018 and 2020?
